We recognise that circumstances can change and if you find that for whatever reason you will not be able to hold your party on the date you have booked, please get in touch as early as possible.
In the first instance we will work with you to reschedule your party to a date that is more convenient. We will reschedule your party on up to 2 occasions free of charge, thereafter there will be a £35 rescheduling fee applied for each subsequent rescheduling.
If you decide to cancel your booking altogether, then cancellation fees will apply:
- Although we state that your party deposit is non-refundable, if you need to cancel (for whatever reason) and notify us more than 21 days before your booked date, then we will refund your deposit minus a £35 administration fee
- If you request to cancel your party less than 21 days before the scheduled date we will cancel your booking, but will not be able to issue a refund of your initial deposit
- If you reschedule your booking beyond the 21-day window but then subsequently cancel it, our non-refundable party deposit policy will apply
We will work with you in order to accommodate any requested date changes, and will do all we can to find a date that works for you, but availability is obviously subject to other bookings that already exist at the time of your requested date change.
